AETOK adopts the technology of Germany company Carbon Tech GmbH and uses the components and materials which is imported from Germany and Japan to produce the nitrogen generator, progress is that it takes the property of carbon molecular sieve(CMS) which increase the pressure to adsorb oxygen and decrease pressure to desorb oxygen to separate the oxygen and get the purified gas nitrogen continually ,normally the pressure will be 0.7 Mpa ～ 1.3Mpa.

Nitrogen generator takes the principle of PSA (Pressure swing adsorption) and uses the carbon molecular sieve to be the adsorbent, under the certain pressure , the N2 can be separated from the air when the purified compressed air goes through the adsorption vessels by the compressing and decompressing. Due to the property of the O2, it moves faster than N2 in the carbon molecular sieve, so the oxygen molecular has been adsorbed first and the N2 has been collected and finally get the N2 air. After then the carbon molecular sieve would be decompressed to release the O2 molecular, it is called regeneration. Normally it has two towers , one is for working the other is regeneration. They are all controlled the PLC and valves, so it can keep running without stopping.
●The material source is from the nature, the system only needs compressed air and power, so the cost of power and operation is less.
●Nitrogen purity is easy to adjust, it is only affected by the capacity, purity of normal nitrogen is at the range of 95%~99.99%(can be adjusted), purity of high nitrogen is at the range of 99%~99.999%( can be adjusted)
●The system is automatic, quick starting and no need to monitor. One button for start and stop, run 10-15 minutes to generate the N2 air.
●The working progress is easy, the configuration is compact, the landing space is less and the environment is well-adapted.
●Snow storm filling can avoid the damage of CMS.
●Digital flow meter has pressure compensation, it is highly precise meter which can monitor the progress, it can test quick flow and accumulate the total capacity .
Oxygen and nitrogen separator
There are two adsorption vessels with carbon molecular sieve, they are called A and B. When the purified compressed air enter into vessel A, the O2, CO2 and H2O will be adsorbed, and the N2 will be flowed out; when the carbon molecular sieve of A has been saturated, it will stop working and start to regenerate, meanwhile the vessel B starts working. The regeneration is releasing of the pressure in the vessels, so the O2, CO2 and H2O will be drained out. The two vessels are working alternatively to keep supplying the nitrogen all the way. All the process are controlled by PLC. When purity of the nitrogen has been set, PLC will be working, and the unqualified N2 will be vented out to make sure the final product is qualified.
